Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kfc2u website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of this platform is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

Kfc2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the kfc2u platform immediately.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of kfc2u services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity conducted under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
• Notifying kfc2u immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via email at [email protected].

Kfc2u is not liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users agree to use the kfc2u platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial misconduct.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of kfc2u's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Any breach of the above rules entitles kfc2u to suspend or close your account without notice and without liability to the user.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the kfc2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet and Boost, and other local payment methods listed on the deposit page.

Important notes on transactions:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly, depending on the method used.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days; actual processing time depends on the withdrawal method selected.
• Kfc2u reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
• Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Kfc2u does not cover any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The kfc2u platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. kfc2u shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

All content on the kfc2u platform — including logos, interface design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of kfc2u and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Kfc2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with kfc2u's internal policy.

The kfc2u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. kfc2u has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third parties and accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of such links.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the kfc2u platform shall be resolved through negotiation, and where necessary, through the competent judicial authorities in Malaysia.
